My name is Mohsen Rafijamal (Nayeb). I am the grand Nayeb’s daughter’s son. Working in my grandfather’s chelo-kabab restaurant during summers and all other holidays, until the end of high school, I used to do my utmost to discover all secrets about how to prepare and serve a favorite chelo-kabab. Then, with the purpose of personal experience, I entered into some short-term partnerships and established a number of Nayeb restaurants across Tehran. I subsequently left Iran to live and study abroad. After returning to Iran, considering my precious experiences and using my management knowledge, acquired both locally and overseas, I immediately founded Nayeb of Vozara, on 28.08.1990, in order to preserve my inherited and acquired values. In Nayeb of Vozara I seriously did my very best to improve all issues, related to preparation and offering a desirable chelo-kabab dish, so that, nowadays, after twenty years, Nayeb of Vozara is unquestionably one of the most successful and famed food institutes all over Iran.

In the same context, Nayeb of Vozara, as a leading institute, meeting the international standards on food preparation and serving, and enjoying its highly experienced and qualified personnel, constantly attempts to offer the bests, complying with the highest norms of quality and quantity.

Mutual esteem and trust have always been the basis of correlation with our guests. I believe that, chelo-kabab, as our national cuisine, deserves to be individually served in any restaurant. Thus, in order to prepare and offer both European as well as other Iranian foods, in the spring of 2011, and relying on the confidence we always enjoy, I inaugurated the exclusive branch of Nayeb of Vozara, called Nayeb Buffet. This wonderful buffet consists of two separate areas: area A is the first VIP warm buffet (a combination of Iranian, European and sea foods) and cold buffet (including salad bar, cold appetizers and cold desserts), along with solo piano music; and area B, where we would love to host your parties.

At the end, I would like to point out that my job is my identity and it is interwoven with my heart and soul. I believe myself as the heir of an old family’s culture, who is adequately aware of the value of wealth of trust, sincerity and reliance. This entails impetus, love, interest, enthusiasm, experience and knowledge.

I do hope that Nayeb of Vozara is the realization of my words, while it holds its characteristics for ever.
