Traditional Persian Night in Yazd, Iran

Guide Iran is very proud to announce that we have started “Traditional Persian Night” as a nightly event in Yazd, Iran. Several sessions have been held so far and our guests have been very satisfied with it. Description and details of the event are given below. The Kohan Traditional Hotel offers an evening of classical entertainments over a Persian dinner in the fine setting of its beautiful courtyard garden. The price includes live setar music, story-telling, a three-course meal, including Yazdi cake with bitter orange blossom tea. Reservations are required. The evening is subject to sufficient bookings.

Shabneshini (Iranian Night Gathering) is one of Iran’s long-standing traditions which has left many sweet and memorable memories for Iranians. Iranian families night gatherings have certain customs that are a symbol of Iranians’ family reunion.

At this Traditional Persian Night, we want to make our guests familiar with this beautiful tradition and show them some of the customs associated with the Iranian night gathering.
